So let’s try to explained step by step of what is our Costume looks like and made of

1. HELMET

The helmet is made from Resin, and has black see through plexyglass visor or for some there is small holes drilled into the visor parts so you can see more clearly. Hlemet will also be painted with High Gloss “car” type painting.

The helmet is divided in 2 parts, front and back. It is locked by 2 latches on the both side

And the inside of the helmet is padded with foam, there is one up, left and right side, the back side and the 2 parts is jointed with an elastic rubber so when you want to wear the helmet, the front and back parts is still connected

And last, we put a few small holes, not visible from the front for breathing purpose

The underhood for the helmet, you wear this first, the suit, and then the helmet

2. BODY SUIT

The body suit is made from 4 way stretch lycra spandex, the color is shiny, almost match the original and it has a back zipper. Body suits will be made based on your measurements

3. BELT

The belt buckle is made from Resin, while the straps is made from pleather/imitation leather. It will be made based on your size, has clasp in the back. It is adjustable, but only a little.

4. GLOVES AND BOOTS

The gloves and boots will be made from pleather/imitation leather. Size of the gloves is one size fits all, while standard size for Boots is 43 EUR / 10.5 US but it can be made based on your size. Gloves and Boots is using Back Zipper.

Helmet can use holes in the vieweing area or black see through plexyglass visors based on your choice.

The master has just finished and now is in process of moulding, the finished and painted sample should be available within next week. Learning from our past experience with our Red RPM helmet which uses stickers for the eye parts, which makes it look ugly ^^ this time we sculpted the inside of the eyes parts instead to make it closely match the original one.
